I can't get into my account
Most sign-in problems come from a different email or an old phone-number sign-in. Here's how to get back to your conversations.
Updated
My conversations are gone after signing in
You're probably signed in with a different email than before. Each email address is its own account, and a new address starts an empty one. Sign out (Account > Sign out) and sign in with the email you used before. Google and an email code for the same address are the same account.
I used to sign in with my phone number
Verbalta no longer signs in with a phone number. If you're still signed in on a device, go to Account > Settings, tap Change my email and add your email. From then on, you sign in with that email. If you're not signed in anywhere, write to support@verbalta.com with your phone number and the email you'd like to use. A person will reply. See I started on WhatsApp. How do I use the Verbalta app?
The code doesn't arrive or doesn't work
See I didn't get my sign-in code and My sign-in code isn't working.
It says Verbalta isn't available in my location
Verbalta isn't available in every country yet. You'll see We're not able to offer Verbalta in your location yet. and a Sign out button.
I deleted my account
A deleted account can't be restored. You can sign up again with the same email later, but the new account starts empty.
