What happens if I lose my internet connection?
Your conversation stays on screen, and recordings you make offline are kept and sent when you're back online.
Updated
Verbalta needs a connection for your coach to reply, but losing it doesn't lose anything.
- Recordings are kept. If you record while offline, you'll see Saved. It'll send when you're back online. It sends by itself when your connection is back.
- Your conversation stays. If you open Verbalta without a connection, you see the last version of your conversation you loaded.
- You're offline. If a page can't load at all, Verbalta says so and reloads by itself when you're back online.
When you're back
Replies to recordings you sent arrive as soon as you reconnect. If a recording doesn't send, tap Try again under it. See My recording won't send.
