How do I delete my account?
Go to Account > Settings > Your data, tap Delete my account, and type the confirmation. It can't be undone.
Updated
Deleting your account removes your transcripts, corrections and progress for good, and cancels any subscription. There's no undo.

Delete it
- Go to Account > Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Delete my account.
- Type delete my account in the box, in English, whatever language the app is in.
- Tap Delete everything.
You're signed out, and a page confirms your account is deleted. Changed your mind before step 4? Tap Keep my account.
If it doesn't go through
If we couldn't stop your subscription, nothing is deleted and your account stays exactly as it was. Try again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, write to support@verbalta.com.
