How do I turn notifications on or off?
You choose what your coach sends, one kind at a time. Change it anytime in Account > Notifications.

In Account > Notifications you'll find:
- This device: turn notifications on or off for the phone or computer you're using, and send yourself one with Send me a test to see how it looks.
- Practice check-ins: a short nudge at the time you pick, and the weekly summary. See How do I change when my coach checks in?
- Your coach's replies: a notification when your coach answers and the app is closed.
- Event prep and Plan and trial: each on or off. Payment problems always show in the app.
- Show message text on the lock screen: turn it off and every notification just says your coach sent you a message.
- Devices: every phone or computer with notifications on. Tap Remove to stop one.

Blocked notifications?
If you said no to your browser's prompt, it won't ask again. Open your browser's site settings for Verbalta and allow notifications, then come back to Account > Notifications. See Notifications aren't showing up.
