How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account > Plan and billing and tap Cancel plan. You keep your practice time until the end of the period you've paid for.

- Go to Account > Plan and billing.
- Under Canceling, tap Cancel plan. Your billing page opens.
- Follow the steps there to cancel.
You'll keep your practice time until the end of the period you've paid for. The plan page then shows Your plan ends on and the date.
Changed your mind?
Until that date, you can pick your plan back up from the billing page, using Manage billing. After it ends, tap Start again on Plan and billing.
What happens to my account?
Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Your conversations, progress and saved words stay, and you can start again whenever you want to.
