How does a practice session end?
You decide. Stop whenever you like. After a quiet moment, your coach sends a short recap of what you practiced.

You decide when you're done. Your coach won't stop you or tell you time is up.
- Just stop. Close the app or put your phone down whenever you like.
- Say goodbye. If you tell your coach you're done for today, they wrap up.
- The recap. About ten minutes after your coach's last reply, if you haven't sent anything new, your coach sends a short recap headed Today's practice: what you worked on and one thing to remember.
Coming back
Come back within half an hour and you continue the same session. After that, your next recording starts a new one. Your conversation stays in Talk either way: scroll up to see it, or tap Show earlier messages.
