What is the weekly summary?
A short message on Mondays about what changed in your practice the week before. You can turn it off in Account > Notifications.
Updated
If you practiced during the week, your coach can send you one short message on Monday with what changed: how much you practiced, what's getting easier and what's next.
Where it arrives
In the Verbalta app, it arrives as a notification and a message in Talk, during your messaging hours. For it to reach you, turn on notifications on at least one of your devices. See How do I turn notifications on or off?
Earlier weeks stay in Progress, under The weeks before.
Turn it on or off
- Go to Account > Notifications.
- Under Practice check-ins, switch Send me a weekly summary on or off.
- Tap Save.
