Why isn't my progress showing yet?
Progress only shows what your conversations can back up. After a few sessions, spread over more than a week, it starts to fill in.
Updated
Progress only shows things that are true about your English, and that takes a few conversations to see.
What needs time
- Before-and-now comparisons need several sessions, spread over more than a week, so there's a real before and a real now.
- What your coach is noticing and Working on need things your coach has heard more than once, across conversations.
- Measurements appear once there's enough of your speech to measure.
Until then, you'll see lines like "You're just getting started" or "Nothing new to show yet." That's expected.
What shows right away
Your sessions, your practice time and your saved words appear as soon as you practice.
Something seems missing?
- Make sure you're signed in with the same email you practice with. A different email is a different, empty account.
- Reload the page. If Progress still doesn't load, see The app is stuck loading.
