How do I sign in?
Sign in at app.verbalta.com with a code sent to your email, with Google, or with a passkey if you've added one.

Go to app.verbalta.com. If you're not signed in, you'll see the sign-in box. Choose the way that works for you:
- Email code: enter your email address, then type the code we send you.
- Google: choose Google and pick the account you used before.
- Passkey: if you added a passkey in Settings, your phone or computer offers it, and you sign in with your face, fingerprint or screen lock. See How do I sign in with a passkey?
Always use the same email address you signed up with. Signing in with a different address creates a new, empty account, and your conversations won't be there.
Sign-in with a phone number
Verbalta no longer signs people in with a phone number and a text message. If you used to sign in that way, see I can't get into my account.
Stay signed in
Once you're in, you usually stay signed in on that device until you sign out. If you add Verbalta to your home screen, it opens straight to your conversation. See Do I need to download an app?
