What happens when my free minutes run out?
Your coach tells you in Talk and offers the plans. Nothing is lost: choose a plan and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Updated
When your free minutes are used up, your coach tells you in Talk and offers the plans. You can choose one there, or tap Not now.
Nothing is deleted. Your conversations, progress and saved words stay in your account, and your coach remembers you.
Keep practicing
- Go to Account > Plan and billing. It says Your free trial has ended.
- Choose a plan and tap the button to continue. A secure payment page opens.
- Pay, and you come back to Verbalta. If your plan doesn't show as active yet, give it a moment and refresh.
Carrying on picks up exactly where you left off: same coach, same memory. See How do I subscribe?
Not ready yet?
That's fine. You can still open the app, read your past conversations and see your progress. Practice with your coach starts again when you choose a plan.
