How are speaking minutes counted?
Only the length of your own recordings counts. Listening to your coach, reading and thinking don't use any of your time.
Updated
Your practice time is the length of the recordings you send. That's it.
What counts
- The recordings you send to your coach, by their length.
What doesn't count
- Your coach's replies, and listening to them again.
- Reading, scrolling, and thinking about what to say.
- A recording you throw away before sending.
- A recording sent while your coach is still working on your last one. Your coach tells you it didn't use any of your time, and asks you to send it again in a moment.
- A turn that didn't go through on our side.
See how much you've used
Go to Account > Plan and billing. It shows how many minutes you've used and how many are left, for your trial or for this week on a paid plan.
